1:00 PM Monday the 14th of August: Jarrod went in for surgery to repair his A/C Joint separation. Doctor Mullen said it was a pleasure to operate on his shoulder because he didn't have to work around a lot of muscle and fat. By using a tendon graph from a cadaver the Doc reattached the clavicle bone to both the acromion and the coracoid, both parts of the scapula. He was able to go in and get the job done in a short amount of time. The surgery was a huge success. Since then Mandy has been over at Jarrod's everyday for hours at a time taking care of him. Jarrod loves her sweet company and Mandy thoroughly enjoys his humor when he's on pain medication. The arrangement seems to benefit both parties.
